In this article, we will talk about one of the classier and stylish sailing yachts in Mallorca, called Falcao Uno, where you can enjoy one of the best boat experience in the island.
The Falcao Uno, formerly the Falcao II, was built in the Dutch shipyard Feadship in 1965, on request by the Belgian royal family, so anyone who comes on board can practice following Grace Kelly’s footsteps!!

The yacht has a luxurious construction with an exclusive design made by Feadship / De Voogt. Falcao Uno is a truly exceptional and unique ship that has taken part in several of the Monaco Classics.
It is 26 meters long, it has classic construction lines and 2 Rolls Royce engines. The maximum capacity on board is 65 people, excluding staff and of course depending on the event’s requirements in terms of service on board.
The pleasure boat was commissioned by the kings of Belgium, Baldwin and Fabiola, to be able to dispose of it during the holidays
Falcao’s usual mooring port is Palma, but they can always personalize events and sail from the following ports on request
During the year, it operates from March to November in the Balearic Islands and it can sail at 6 miles away from the coast. Trips are always adapted to the client’s preferences, they personalize the departing and return timing, although they count with standard packages of full day and half day boat experience.
This yacht is ideal for any type of event, from Incentive trips, Private Parties, Regattas and even Weddings etc… to enjoy the best boat experience on the island.
According to the current regulations in Mallorca, it can dock in official ports and guests can also disembark with a dinghy if the shore venues supply it.

Services
They supply slippers for guests as shoes need to be left out before getting on the boat.
The first area the guests enter the boat is an elegant space, with stylish decoration and comfortable seats. This is where they usually make the first stop and where the welcome cocktails and snacks are served.
Usually, the standard packages include by default a welcome drink and welcome snack, water, and sodas. The towels service other extra services like transfer by speed boat from your location are offered with an extra charge.
Boat-Design
The main indoor space is well decorated, maintaining the classical style, combining contemporary details and colors and it also has a bar for the service on board.
All items in this room create a very homie atmosphere, making this sailing experience extremely comfortable, inviting the persons on board to relax and enjoy the cruise.
You can breathe the 70’s spirit and style in every detail, so you board also on a time travelling experience, a few decades back. You can almost see Grace Kelly on a Sunday, getting on board of this yacht and sailing from Monaco port! This is a total privilege!
Royal Family
In the indoor room there is a very special wall, which we may call the wall of fame. Here we can find distinctions from all famous ports where Falcao Uno has been along the years. The central one and the biggest of all is the symbol of the Spanish Royal Family.
Continuing the tour on board, we find the captain’s cabin. Once again, the 70’s style is present in every corner, but now, we can see it combined with the current technique required to sail this yacht.
The highest and one of nicest parts of the yacht is what they call the Flybridge. Here you can fit up to 40 people easily, depending on the setup. The standard set up in this area is a chill out style, looking really nice and cozy.
Falcao Uno has a sound system on board, clients can connect their devices and customize the music during their experience on the ship

Boat Activities
The guests on board can also enjoy water sports during the cruise, the yacht already counts with a sea bob on board, but they can also provide other type of attractions like donut, fly board. And one of the coolest complements they offer, in our opinion is a boat golf activity with biodegradable balls that can be really entertaining for the guests
On the main deck you can also find a chill out area, where guests can enjoy the cruise peacefully. In the decoration style, we can find again the local touches blended with the marine motives, but if there are special requirements, this can be personalized as they collaborate with specialized decorators and they are more than happy to help you theme your event on board.
In terms of health and safety measures, Falcao Uno complies with all requirements by the law, including 2 complete inspections during the year, qualified staff in security protocols and updated safety certificates.
They also have a strong environmental policy, so if you are looking for a sustainable option, Falcao Uno is a good candidate. They are very active in marine ecology, participating in many projects and recycling every possible waste on board.
Post Covid-19
A very important aspect to consider is that Falcao Uno is a safe place. They provide instructions regarding the new procedures on board, as well as hydroalcoholic gel for the guests to disinfect themselves before getting on board. The staff wares masks and respects all new health and safety standards.
